Return Policy:
Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY for goods which are defective or received damaged and within 30 days of the original purchase. Goods thought to be damaged or defective can be returned at the customers’ expense and the validity of all claims will be decided by Diystro LLC. ALL SALES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL, unless the product received is incorrect or damaged - validity of all claims will be decided by Diystro LLC.
Shipping & Delivery:
All orders will be shipped to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit card/PayPal account.
All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.
For domestic orders, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
For international orders, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 15-20 business days for delivery.
All international orders require signature confirmation, which is included in the shipping price.
International customers will have to pay for any import fees or taxes.

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
